Your profile 

• Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management in a international environment
• Proficiency in HR technology and talent management systems.
• Balance between Process-driven and hands-on mentality.
• Flexibility to accommodate regional and cultural variations while ensuring global consistency.
